Multiple applicant discount
For a coordinated family, employer, corporation or group matter, authorized BIX staff may apply a discretionary 5% to 15% discount to the BIX professional fee only. Government fees, stamps, approval fees, expedited charges and third-party disbursements are never discounted.

Government fees are separate from BIX professional fees and may change. Applicable Government fees must be verified before filing, payment, approval, or collection. Expedited processing does not guarantee approval.
- BIX professional fees are payable under the applicable engagement letter or approved quotation.
- Government approval, document, expedited, and third-party charges are separate and become payable only when required and verified.
- Professional service fees become non-refundable once work has commenced, unless BIX agrees otherwise in writing.
- BIX does not guarantee approval. Expedited processing is available only where confirmed and does not guarantee approval.
